1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the yes66 website accessible at yes66.one, including all related mobile applications, software and services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses yes66's services.
• "yes66" or "We" refers to the company that owns and operates the yes66 platform under a valid international licence.
• "Account" means a user account duly registered on the yes66 platform.
• "Funds" means money or credit value held within a user's account.
• "Betting" covers all online casino, slot, sportsbook and other game activities available on the platform.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use yes66's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits access to online gambling platforms.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the yes66 platform for any breach of terms.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

yes66 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended while an investigation is carried out.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the yes66 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and funds frozen without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users are required to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration, including their full name as shown on their identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in the account being terminated and all funds forfeited.

3.3 Password Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. yes66 recommends using a strong and unique password. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to our customer support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yes66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedure

All withdrawal requests will be processed once the user's identity verification is completed. yes66 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method to prevent fraud and money laundering. Funds will only be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Cryptocurrency

Transactions involving USDT, BTC or ETH are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. Delays in the blockchain network are beyond yes66's control and cannot form the basis of any claim for compensation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who register a yes66 account are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus and related winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 x 10 = RM1,000. If the first deposit is RM800, the bonus is RM300 (balance RM1,100), and the wagering requirement is RM300 x 10 = RM3,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• yes66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in all bonuses being voided and the account closed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each promotion.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Programme

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the yes66 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bets they place are correct before confirming them. yes66 will not accept the cancellation of a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verifiable technical error.

• Bet results are determined automatically by the system and the system's decision is final.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs or use automation software is strictly prohibited.
• yes66 reserves the right to void bets and withhold payments if there is evidence of manipulation or fraud.
• Winnings resulting from technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds will not be honoured and will be returned to the user's account.

7 Data Security and Privacy

yes66 takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. All information collected during the registration process and use of the platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

yes66 uses SSL encryption technology to protect all data communications between users and the platform. However, users are required to take their own precautions, including not using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks to access their accounts.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the yes66 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts with the intention of circumventing rules or obtaining additional bonuses.
• Using another person's personal information without their consent.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or influence game outcomes.
• Using software, bots or automated scripts to play or place bets.
• Spreading false or misleading information about yes66 to the public.
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the functions of the platform.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the yes66 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all active bets have been settled and the account balance has been withdrawn.

9.2 Suspension by yes66

yes66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms in this document. In such cases, yes66 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, yes66 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond yes66's control, such as network outages, power cuts or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

In all circumstances, yes66's maximum liability to any user is limited to the account balance held at the time the claim is made.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which yes66 is registered and operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the yes66 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
